Have the Iranians made a technical case like the one made by the British MoD? Have they presented a set of definite coordinates that the capture was made, and claimed based on defendably claimed that they were in Iranian waters? It may of been an anchor drag issue but that is a long way to drag. He gave them as 29 50.36 North and 048 43.08 East.
